This is the on demand support that goes with any of my live workshops. It was also made for anyone who has already learned the sequence and wants a slow release refresher to take it in bite sized pieces and to help with accountability for 3 months.
What's Included?
When we are dealing with stress, brain fog, overwhelm and all the life things, it can be hard to find the time to stay on top of new practices, so I created this 12 week support program to help you integrate what you learned in the HY Workshop in a more digestible way. Each video is 2-35 mins to help you squeeze it in.
Now that you have the foundation of learning, this program will review each exercise through a short tutorial that will take you through up to 3 exercises a few times each and then string just those exercises together in a flow. I have included the other videos so that you can split them up between days or even throughout 1 day!
Because mobility is such an important piece of our health and aging process, I will send you a short recording each week, for the last 6 weeks, that will focus on a different part of the body as well as one to help with balance.
As we know, stress impacts our aging process greatly and so you will get short video of stress reducing practices that are from HY and also practices that have helped me greatly over the years.
This time in our lives requires a whole new perspective in terms of how we can live the most healthy and balanced lifestyle. What worked for us in the past, may no longer serve us. There are things we need to be adding into our lives and others we need to cut back on, but there is little to no education given to us, so I will also share tips and resources that I have found to be game changers for me over the past 5yrs of my hormone journey.
