Meditation 9 Day Reset: Pause. Take a Moment for You.

Develop an accessible meditation practice, or enhance your existing one, with the support of daily emails and videos. Spend 5-10 minutes a day taking pause to connect with yourself and the present moment through breath and visualization.

Connect to that space within of unbound potential, infinite wisdom and unconditional love. Who doesn't need more of that?!

This is not a challenge. It is support to bring you back to the mat or to help you get started...it is the beginning of a journey that may begin over and over again.

Each day, for 9 days, I will send you an email with some tips and inspiration and a 10 min video will be dropped to guide you through a practice. You will also get a video to guide you through a short movement practice to not only warm up your physical body, but begin to connect you to your subtle body as well.

We will build upon two main techniques and their variations throughout the 9 days. This is a beautiful way to check in, find some peace, shift your energy, tap into your creativity, get inspired and help calm your nervous system.

This is open to all levels of experience. I will build upon skills and offer modifications along the way.
