The policies below apply if you register for live practice with me, that are not in collaboration with other teachers or studios. This includes, but is not limited to, drop ins, series, workshops and retreats.
There will different contracts drawn up for private and corporate offerings.
REFUNDS:
There is a full refund, minus cc processing fee, if you cancel with more than 48hrs notice to the offering.
There are no refunds for no shows or cancelling within 48 hrs of the offering.
If you cancel after food or special supplies have been purchased, the cost will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the processing fee.
TRANSFERS:
If you would like to transfer into another offering, it will be determined on a case by case basis, depending on my offerings at the time.
If the offering was online, you can only transfer into another online event.
You can give your spot to someone else if it is online, but if it is in person it will be determined case by case.
