If you are struggling with symptoms from hormonal imbalance and would like a natural alternative to relieve them, Hormone Yoga, HY, is an effective and efficient practice to get you back on track.

HY is a dynamic sequence of yoga postures and breathing techniques that naturally balance the hormones by stimulating the ovaries, the thyroid, the pituitary and the adrenal glands.

Most women start seeing results and continue to feel better within a week of consistent practice. It is suitable for most women and requires no previous yoga experience.

These workshops are for most women over 35, though they can help women of any age dealing with symptoms.
