If you are struggling with symptoms from hormonal imbalance and would like a natural alternative to relieve them, Hormone Yoga, HY, is an effective and efficient practice to get you back on track.

HY is a dynamic set sequence of yoga postures and breathing techniques that naturally balance the hormones by stimulating the ovaries, thyroid, pituitary and adrenal glands.

Most women start seeing results and continue to feel better within a week of consistent practice. It is suitable for most women and requires no previous yoga experience.

These workshops run about 5-7 hours, depending on format, both in person and online. It is suitable for most women over 35, though it can help women of any age dealing with symptoms.
