We need different things in different stages of life. As I get closer to 50, I have found working on stress reduction is key in my practice and so this is included in everything that I share with you.
From yoga for mobility to meditation, yoga for peri/menopause to face yoga, I am always learning, playing and adapting my teachings and practices to better suit our needs and finding ways to have relaxation as the foundation for each style that I teach.
