The purpose of the Sankalpa practice is to plant your intention into the depths of your unconscious. Being guided by this intention can help you to realize your life's purpose, your truth, your path…
As you take actions that align with your sankalpa it will begin to manifest into your life. When you tune in and listen, you may find that it takes you places you never imagined.
The new year is a great time to think about what you want to hold onto and what you want to let go of. We will explore what those things are through a number of ancient techniques and practices. There will be imagery, mantra (word/sound), mudra (hand gestures) and breathing techniques to help connect within to the parts of ourself that hold the wisdom and memory of who we are and what our truth is.
We will chat in the beginning about sankalpa and how to work with it. We will then move into a beautiful meditation, followed by restorative yoga and a nidra practice to explore, deepen or set your intention based on what comes up in throughout the practice.
