Hormone Yoga: 2 Day Workshop

If you are struggling with symptoms from hormonal imbalance and would like a natural alternative to relieve them, Hormone Yoga, HY, is an effective and efficient practice to get you back on track.

HY is a dynamic sequence of yoga postures and breathing techniques that naturally balance the hormones by stimulating the ovaries, the thyroid, the pituitary and the adrenal glands.

Most women start seeing results and continue to feel better within a week of consistent practice. It is suitable for most women and requires no previous yoga experience.


When you register it will only show that you are signing up for April 5th, but by signing up for the 5th, you are being registered for both dates.

This workshop is for most women over 35.

The workshop takes up to 7.5 hrs to learn depending on the group, so we may finish early on the 6th.

Come melt away your tension, it's time to let go...

We will open with 2-3 restorative postures, held for 10-25 minutes each, in order to relax and release the tension held in our body. We will then close with a 20-30 minute yoga nidra to further release tension physically, mentally and emotionally.

Nidra is a guided meditation done lying down and you will have the option to do it in savasana or another restorative posture.

Join me for this in-person mini series at my Cedarbrae Studio.
The class will be limited to 6 people.

Address will be sent out upon registration and more details will come 2 hours before class.

There is a cat on site who will occasionally join us in practice;)

Doors open at 6:55am to set up and say hello and we begin our breath work promptly at 7am MT. After the breath work, we will have a focal point that will be slightly different each class, we will sit for a few minutes in silence and do a short grounding at the end. Be sure you come prepared to sit right away. There won't be any movement to prep, so if you need to move first, please do!
