Come melt away your tension, it's time to let go...
We will open with 2-3 restorative postures, held for 10-25 minutes each, in order to relax and release the tension held in our body. We will then close with a 20-30 minute yoga nidra to further release tension physically, mentally and emotionally.
Nidra is a guided meditation done lying down and you will have the option to do it in savasana or another restorative posture.

All you need are pillows, blankets and a desire for deep relaxation. I think a quiet, warm room would also be nice and perhaps some soft lights and a tea. This will be the perfect way to wind down for the night. Pajamas and robes are welcome:)
For the first 45 minutes we will do restorative postures then close with a half hour of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation. You will see a little breath work, self massage and other stress reducing practices sprinkled in there too!
