Come melt away your tension, it's time to let go...
We will open with 2-3 restorative postures, held for 10-25 minutes each, in order to relax and release the tension held in our body. We will then close with a 20-30 minute yoga nidra to further release tension physically, mentally and emotionally.
Nidra is a guided meditation done lying down and you will have the option to do it in savasana or another restorative posture.

Join me for a day of yoga, nature, relaxation, connection and quiet. We will open our day with a restorative flow. This practice will be a gentle, easy, stretchy release of moving a bit and then landing in a restorative posture, moving some more and landing in another...
We will break outside for lunch, which will be provided by Creeker's Bistro. After lunch we will head over to the river to walk a bit and meditate and spend some time in quiet, listening to nature's soundscape.
The final indulgence of the day will be a restorative practice, in which we will do our traditional long holds and close the day with a yoga nidra.
